Dear Children,
Are we not like the grains of sand at the beach? Each of us basking in the glow of the sun's rays, each of us cleansed by the tide coming in each day. We are the beach sand polished smooth from time.
Each grain is minuscule and yet together all of us are so integral to the whole. Can the beach have no sand? How could the beach even exist without the sand?
You see how important we all are to God's perfect beach. Do you see that without each one of us the picture changes? Without even one of us, the beach is incomplete.
God would know if we were gone. God would know to look for that very precious speck of sand that we are. He would miss us.
